Public Advisory Board Meeting Schedule

Below is the 2026 meetings list:

• March 31 - Community Impact Meeting at the Lake Charles Event Center- Time: 5:30pm
• April 21
• June 16
• August 18
• October 20
• December 15

The Human Services Advisory Board meets once every two months. Anyone from the public is invited to attend the meetings.  All meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. at the Allen P. August Multi-Purpose Annex, 2000 Moeling St.

Agenda and supporting documents are emailed to each board member before each meeting; agendas are provided to the public at the meeting.
